According to other threads, CS is just telling customers it's a customer issue and completely unrelated to SE. Which is impressive that 2000 of us all, at the same time, had the same tech issue. Incredible.

Don't expect anything from them. Stop playing or raise hell online. If you are going to fanfest, demand to be heard. They will ignore the problem until they are forced to respond.

Make them respond or keep paying your sub for substandard service.
