Hyping stuff in trailer that isn't dropping with 7.4 but much later is annoying

ITT: people that counter "the situation could be improved." with "but we always did it that way."

Thing is, even if they always did it that way, is that truly a reason to not ask them to make things better/clearer? Sure, everyone who has been part of this game and its community for longer knows how things get released, but that does not mean the way things are are not somewhat flawed.

"But we always did it this way" - Also completely ignores the inevitable boredom and disinterest that stems from just incessant waiting. It's the biggest issue I have with announcements in this game. They announce it, then you wait 4 weeks to 16 months for the thing, and by the time the thing comes around, a lot of people have already lost interest.
