What could go wrong it they put CT in MSQ roulette?

All I know is this:

It didn't used to be forced by MSQ. And back when it wasn't forced by MSQ, it was still usually CT. And that's why we reasoned it was just because out of 24 people, 1 of them is bound to be leveling a level 50-59 job.

In a similar way, Normal Raids roulette is almost always Fist of the Father. Because out of 8 people, the lowest level job in the matching system is probably 60-69, dragging all the higher level ones into the only raid they can be matched into.

The difference with Normal Raids roulette is you can't argue Alexander is required by the MSQ.

Back then it was mostly CT because:
A - The pool of available raids was smaller
B - People where ilvl cheesing en masse to the point you almost always saw someone switch gear in the duty

Only Fist of the father is also subjective imo.
I get 8 man raids across the board with most being Shb and DT actually. The 8 man raids are way better spread out across the board.

I think the complaints about the Alex raids being so common is less prevalent is simply because they're fast. The devs have mentioned years ago that they considered making Eden MSQ, meaning they want to use Gaia. It'll turn the 8-man series into an Eden farm just the same.

I really wish they would have the balls to just use things from the optional content for MSQ and tell everyone who refuses to do them to suck it up and complete them if they want to experience the entire story or find another solution because it's becoming ridiculous with all the tiptoeing.
