it's not a stretch to ask that they loosen restrictions on gear a smidge, especially when it's as simple as making it disciples of War/Magic, which would dramatically increase the pool of gear i can outfit my jobs with.
They promised job overhauls then immediately backpedaled with "Expect everything to feel the same!"
