

The first problem is the scenario isn't realistic to begin with. Just an idealized example.So if the DPS asked first (which implicitly they did by pulling) then the tank not liking their “no” would thereby not be considered harassment putting the DPS in the right?
See how this logic makes just as much sense when it’s flipped around? This just shows that as I said the TOS is unenforceable when this situation can be applied to either of parties
