This part of the TOS can’t apply to two people who have conflicting opinions about how to handle a game “mechanic” because under the letter of the TOS both have a right to report the other one and square has already said you can kick for difference in playstyle

If you applied this rule how you are imagining it can be applied then I could report someone for using too many medica 2’s in an alliance raid because they are conflicting with my desire to heal and I don’t agree they should be doing it with GCD heals. The actual scenario this would apply to is us dying to a raidwide and the WHM going “can I help here with medica 2” and me going “do you even mitigation, what a stupid suggestion”
