"You pull, you tank" is a bad mentality

That can literally be flipped right around and go “if the tank is not acknowledging the DPS desire to pull more then the tank is unilaterally compelling a playstyle”; which is also exactly what YPYT is- go at my pace or die; so in a disagreement of playstyle that line is completely redundant and can’t be enforced either way

Regardless squares GM’s have openly said difference in playstyle is a valid reason to kick (I’m not even saying kick I’m just using it as an example), we have screenshots. Whereas YPYT is cut and dry, square considers it MPK

If the tank actually, visibly says something along the lines of whatever can be interpreted, clearly, as YPYT mentality, which is harassment against others, then the tank is complying completely within the TOS to pull slowly, if that is their wish, and they are perfectly fine to say "no" if they are asked to pull faster. Saying no is not harassment. And kicking them for anything which is clearly defined by the Reasons For Dismissal, would constitute harassment against the tank.

The fine print changes nothing about the point because the fine print deals directly with being rude about a suggestion in chat (such as saying your idea is ridiculous to someone offering an idea). This part of the TOS can’t apply to two people who have conflicting opinions about how to handle a game “mechanic” because under the letter of the TOS both have a right to report the other one and square has already said you can kick for difference in playstyle

If you applied this rule how you are imagining it can be applied then I could report someone for using too many medica 2’s in an alliance raid because they are conflicting with my desire to heal and I don’t agree they should be doing it with GCD heals. The actual scenario this would apply to is us dying to a raidwide and the WHM going “can I help here with medica 2” and me going “do you even mitigation, what a stupid suggestion”

It doesn't even have 2 /3 of the context. What did bro say in the report itself? Neither of us know what actually happened. So you can only go off an assumption, which can be literally anything we'd want it to be. And what was the date?

There's been a few TOS tweaks the last several years. And even a large overhaul of the TOS and punishment system after an incident with Party Finder occurred in Shadowbringers.

This is by definition, disingenuous, man.
