That can literally be flipped right around and go “if the tank is not acknowledging the DPS desire to pull more then the tank is unilaterally compelling a playstyle”; which is also exactly what YPYT is- go at my pace or die; so in a disagreement of playstyle that line is completely redundant and can’t be enforced either way

Regardless squares GM’s have openly said difference in playstyle is a valid reason to kick (I’m not even saying kick I’m just using it as an example), we have screenshots. Whereas YPYT is cut and dry, square considers it MPK
