Mount Requests

- Umbrella mounts to match the Umbrella weapons from RDM, SAM and BLU;

- Regular wings to match the fashion accessory ones. Not like the Trial wings that unfold into megazords while we're flying;

- Job-themed mounts. Good material for job achievements, like Deep Dungeon solo runs. Ideas:
SCH would get the fairy carrying them, like Spectral Statice but with Eos instead;
SMN would ride Garuda;
PCT is a flying version of Smudge;
AST you levitate with celestial bodies around you, similar to the Neutral Sect animation;
NIN rides the Hellfrog medium;
RPR rides on the voidsent's shoulder;
MCH rides a turret (like how we hold the Nier pods)
BLM rides one of their staves like a witch's broom
WHM pops a pair of aetherial wings, similar to the Temperance animation
etc... (ran out of ideas lol)

Curious how we would earn these, as all tank jobs have a series of unique mounts, and the Unicorn mount is already associated with WHM, as you get it from hitting level 30 on the Conjurer class.
I genuinely like the idea, though! And I love every suggestion. I just wonder how they would add it. Maybe keep the CNJ/WHM Unicorn and unlocking a job gives a job themed mount?

Just a regular brown horse without dressing (like the one we ride in the namazu quests) or just a regular falcon (like we ride in the Far East). I don't like the glowy primal versions.

Just job unlock is probably too easy. Such special mounts could require some hard/grindy job-based achievement. Which means CNJ/WHM would get something beyond the Unicorn... Also probably warranted since that mount doesn't really scream WHM anyway, it looks good, but feels a bit generic.

Due to the umbrella weapons being submission creation from fans I think they would need their permission to change them into mounts which is highly unlikely ; w ;

Flying paintbrush would be awesome! Or a painted version of the creations you make as PCT

Arkveld sure as hell would be nice with the event coming up, but nope, another chicken and a rickety cart. Another cool mount would be the rocketboard you get for playing the chinese moble game, but nope, not here.

I still have extreme hopium that maybe they’re holding back both Arkveld armor and mount as a “surprise” reward for the Extreme version… but we’ll see. The Hope armor sets we know we’re getting come with dual dyes already and won’t need to be upgraded (thank the Twelve!), so that’s one less thing to do with Extreme tokens. I could see the weapons being a replacement for them giving us actual Arkveld armor, but surely they’d make a mount of the actual monster we’re fighting like they did with Rathalos. Right? Right? lol

Even so, I am gonna love the cart mount. lol
