Limit housing bids for FCs

I know myself that I won’t be touching WoW’s housing until we get Nelf/Belf specific stuff.

idk if you have seen or its been said, but Blood Elf and Night Elf designs are coming at housing launch as well as orc and human, with all other races are being added later. Silvermoon is also getting an overhaul.
