People go to the forum to complain about things that matter to them. Obviously, dungeons were easy enough in EW for the uber-casuals to not complain. High end raiders were bored and they did make it known, but its so much the norm that people are tired to coming and complaining here. If you looked at ffxivdiscussion, you would see a lot of players wanting harder and more engaging content.
