Hamlet defense feedback from a top 20 provisioner: Critical problems and solutions

I have a feeling the loot table from the captain (top 20 npc) is functioning as designed, but I fear that the loot table for the chest is incomplete, unintentionally.

Bayohne, i would really appreciate a confirmation of this, as non-top 20 people are starting to not want to do hamlet anymore... I am sure that was not an ideal (or even planned) result.

It is fairly depressing. You spend the better part of two days doing your best to stay on the list, and you're rewarded with dark matter... I got more dark matter just from all the fishing I was doing.

You'd think the captain would be more appreciative :P.

ive had a 30% drop rate from him so far, kinda hard to tell if thats the norm til ive done this multiple days on top

Yeah, I'll admit I only got one win, only tried it about 4 times too, so I'm not the best source of information. I'm waiting on Limsa's to pour my energy into.

my group is now 3/16 with drops, so id say its pretty decent
