    They stopped doing veteran rewards a long time ago. They don't care about rewarding people for playing for a long time.

    It's not that they don't care, it is that, someone starting new now, sees a reward for 10 years of playing that they really want, and then get disheartened that they will never be able to get it, or it is a really long way off and this is the exact reason they gave.

    They should put more things in the achievement shop though.

    More likely, they would put these items in the cash shop, seeing that they are already currently testing the waters with the latest outfits.
