Maybe he meant self-organize within the game within the instance with people speaking to each other in-game.

It would have been nice had he clarified, but that isn't his way.

The entry requirements made it clear this was to be self-organized within the game and not outside of it. Even the Discord groups have noted that doing so is an "ordeal" and a "nightmare."

But self-organization didn't work well either, so they've changed it.
