I'm not saying that the country lacks in devs, it lacks in devs willing to apply. That's an HR issue that goes beyond CBU3.

I don't believe that they are willing to recruit, if anything they look like they want to be completely closed japanese friends only club.

Do you really need japanese for PROGRAMMING/GAME DESIGN X CLASS DEALS Y DAMAGE WITH Z ABILITY? C++/their tools are japanese language only? It's not hard to learn english too aswell.
