Saying things like "we wont rez you" does sound like griefing to me and should definitely 100% be a reportable offense regardless of the content and context it was said in.

At that point its basically just bullying. I hope OP reported them and they at least get a slap on the wrist but given SE likes their content creators more than the average player I highly doubt it.
