    Just ignore him. The us vs them mentality isn't just in the straight community. My gay friends constantly complain about how if they don't fit the mold of an acceptable gay they get shunned. Trust me there's nothing you can do to change their minds when all they see is hate. Just do what my friends do and surround yourself with friends who care about you and just don't bother with the toxic side of the community.

    Oh believe me I know very well, I am gay myself and I try and stay as far as possible from that ""community"" lol. If you dont agree with them on every single topic, you get called a bigot and homophobic (I actually did get called that on another thread, yet I am quite literally gay...)
