The biggest elephant in the room is SE pretending the servers are full when we have 1/3rd of the playerbase we had before and that with absolutely no issues at all, while now apparently it's a "massive problem" and "the servers are at capacity"

Also bots are literally in any MMO that has ever existed, there's no getting rid of them, this isnt only in FFXIV, this is in any game that has any multiplayer.
