    Really? Frontlines has been feeling more like hot garbage every patch since the rework because they keep listen to awful players who only play the mode once a day for the EXP bonus.

    The Battle High changes were for exactly those players.

    Battle High changes makes playing range even safer and easier, and we've already been in a ranged meta for far too long due to atrocious balancing decisions.

    Players that don't deserve to have battle high because they can press 1 AoE before running away are now even more annoying to kill because sprint is unlimited and they heal for far more with freebie battle highs.

    It also makes feeders WORSE because now they can give more battle high.

    Yes before 7.2, the changes were made specifically for rouletters. No not now. Because you still delete bh5 noobs, OR, they're not efficient so they might as well be bh0 it doesn't matter.

    PvP feels like a reflection of what's happening in PvE. With that said, I don't see changes like this stopping anytime soon. They've been making the game easier since I started playing. They're going to continue to do so. Maybe it's not fair. However, that's the reality we're currently living in. There's not much we can do about that.

    I mean, we could always go back to only killers being able to obtain battle high if things are too easy.

    Except, you know, BH5 lets ranged jobs heal for 40% of their health with a press of a button. Now you can fart in the general direction of a skirmish and you'll leave with BH3 within the first 2 mins of the match.

    It also doesn't help that most Melee Jobs have 0 or 1 CC while Ranged Jobs have 2 to 3. If noobs are good at one thing, its running away, and they sure as hell know how to press their escape tool even if they don't know how to DPS. Takes way too damn long to kill a single player.

    They either need to go back to the old BH gain rate, or need to remove BHs healing potency increase.

    What about changing BH +% to something different than +10% (50% total)?
    BH helps encourage people to fight for something more then just points.

    You could also remove BH but increase points gained per kill.
    Or remove the +heal% from Recuperate.

    But IMO, as someone who has BH5 consistently, I've thought +50% was too strong an advantage over players with BH 0.
    So perhaps +5% per BH could be an idea.

    Thoughts?

    I think the dps advantage is fine as is, but making BH5 players much harder to KO is too much. Maybe +10% offensive for each BH level, +5% for healing.

    Possibly award more kill points for deleting a BH5 enemy. Have their icon flash, both above them and on the map?

    BH should turn you into a glass cannon. If BH5 gave +50% offensive BUT -30% defensive, it would mitigate steamrolling, further encourage players to focus high BH enemies, and advance more interesting intra-team strategies

    It turned back to the Salted + Dive + Hysteria + Seduced crap that has gone on and on and on and on for literally years.
    Comet is hot garbage because it's telegraphed and Casters intrinsically got a dmg reduction. Healers and Ranged (maybe except MCH for solo dmg) are absolutely hopeless too.
    If I were the devs I wouldn't try to be creative because some people just want to do the same old brainless combo until the end of service.

    I'm bored though.
