Getting sent back to my home world after logging out for couple of hours

That's really odd, maybe this warrants a ticket to support to report it as a bug if it isn't a recent change implemented. I don't have that issue aside leaving alts in Exodus before maintenance. I had my Lala alt in Exodus all month before 7.2 maintenance and never had that issue, again, it could be because my main is also in Exodus along with another alt I have there.

how do you make a support ticket actually? i used the ingame "report a bug" not sure if thats what you referring to but they stopped replying to those tickets.

That would be just the ingame report a bug system. they wont reply to those

From experience reporting a bug (and it being fixed as a result), I can tell you they do contact you in the game about the bug report (at least, if it has validity like mine did).
