That would be just the ingame report a bug system. they wont reply to those

how do you make a support ticket actually? i used the ingame "report a bug" not sure if thats what you referring to but they stopped replying to those tickets.

From experience reporting a bug (and it being fixed as a result), I can tell you they do contact you in the game about the bug report (at least, if it has validity like mine did).

They will sometimes force people back to their home world if they're offline on a congested datacenter. I believe this was added with the launch of Dawntrail. The only reason you're seeing this coming into effect now is because a major patch just launched so everyone's hopping over to Aether to do the new raid content, where as before servers were kind of empty.

the issue is that nobody but me is experiencing this. all my friends are fine even my Eb who's from seraph like me. I get kicked like at 100 % rate. i just need to go offline in sargatanas for like 5-8 hours and i'm gone from there.

So my hunch was right that it was not intentional. atleast I guess they addressed and fixed it with this hotfix.
