The way I solved it was by using an address lookup website that checks if my address exists. I just had to change my zip code to a different one for the area, and change my street address to match the valid format for the address website (valid format seems to be [Street Number, Street]). You may have to abbreviate Street as St, like 12 Greenhill Street vs 12 Greenhill St
By your address existing or not, do you mean an address that's registered within the region you live in or the region your account is registered to? Because my account's address is from a different region than the one that's registered on my old account.

Also, I have another question. Does the Square Enix Account submission soft lock the user out if they get enough invalid errors and if so, for how long? I just figured out the numbers for my address weren't the right ones that exist as public info for the SE Account system to pick up on and I'm still confused on the zip code thing, since my address doesn't exist within the region my old account has been registered to and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to use an existing zipcode that matches my registered region or one that matches my address that's from a completely different region.

The address needs to match a valid address within the region of your SE account, so if your account is NA but you live in the EU (like me), then use The White House's official address as I did for example, you can use any NA address, but it needs to be from usps.com (official address format from the US postal service), if you have an EU account, then look for an EU region address.

You can attempt to change the address forever, it doesn't seem to have any check in place except if one is valid or not, you won't get locked out.

If there is a soft lock I didn't hit it when I was trying over and over again to get my address accepted by square enix. I also used an address for years until the April 2024 change, but even now I still use that same address, I just had to change my zip code and the formatting of my address (like changing Street to St).

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU BOTH FOR ALL THE HELP YOU'VE GIVEN MEEEEEE!!!!! I got it to work finally! The only problem I'm having now is I can only pay my sub on my old account through Crysta, but at the very least I can do that.

Again, thank you for all you've done to help, Doomfist and Final-Fantasy. I seriously appreciate it!!!! :'3
