FFXIV poor performance outlier on new Radeon 9070 XT cards!?

The AMD drivers are hot garbage. I have to reinstall the 23.11. driver frequently because the actual drivers are broken for FFXIV on my rig and causing framedrops, stutters and so on. They have to get their s*ht done right.

I had to reinstall windows once, to fix drivers forever.
But I still have stutters when Antilag is enabled, because looks like FFXIV old engine can't work it out.
