I think it's extremely important that, however this is addressed, it does not diminish the experience of those of you who want the game to be more challenging. It's also important that insufficiently prepared/skilled players do not waste the time of others by entering group content to be carried.
We're moving to a point where all MSQ combat can be completed with NPCs. Let us suppose a feature was introduced whereby someone failing a duty X times had an option of a fail-proof mode, or have the duty complete via cut scene. How does that negatively impact you personally? This would actually allow MSQ dungeons and duties to be made more difficult, since SE wouldn't need to worry about droves of players leaving because they got gated out of MSQ progression.
And why on earth does it "make you mad" that others fail? You seem to enjoy being rude to them, so you're getting something out of the fact that there is a wide range of skill in the player base. The fact some are less skilled than you makes you angry? Seems like a "you problem."
