You can't use outdoor decor with apartments.
You can't customize the interior style of apartments.
You can't use apartments as an FC base. (And thus cannot interact with any system applicable to that.)
The smallest house is still larger than an apartment.
As far as I am aware, the future 'housing mirage' feature will not be available for apartments.
