There's no need for that kind of hostility. We have no idea the complexity of their systems under the hood, but they have often said it can be much harder than expected to make seemingly simple changes.

Well, its literally because CS3 are stubborn and immune to feedback. Yoshida himself said that they won't do it because they want some resemblance of visual integrity (which, looking at screenshots in this thread, and considering the abomination that is the Fall Guys Event, is a joke and a half.). So I can't say the frustration with the devs is entirely unwarranted.

That response always makes me laugh. "it would feel awkward say if a Black Mage jumped into an instanced dungeon with full plate armor".

Really? THAT would feel more awkward than "jumping into a dungeon with a team of players, as per my screenshot on the previous page, wearing bikini's with frog/chicken/bunny/chocco/pumpkin heads!?

The quote gets twice as amusing if you consider the Law's Order sets (all fully plated glamours for each role), the last 3 PVP Season Glamours (all fully plated CLASSLESS glamour pieces), the legacy warrior chestplate, or some other glamour pieces. My mages all literally run around in full armor, no one bats an eye.

My mages all literally run around in full armor, no one bats an eye.

I do think it's time. And given Dawn trail's reception and aftermath it would be good to give players a small bump in morale with this. According to steam charts we just dipped to a new player peak low since February of 2020. Maybe it's time to do things differently, as the status quo isn't working anymore it seems.

Lol. That's a really bad excuse from yoshida. Idk how many times l queued as Tank wearing bikini at this point
