It's not even like I'm demanding that things become easier or get handed to me (though the hardcore crowd will vehemently insist otherwise), but if I eventually run of things to do, or CAN'T do, then I really shouldn't be here at all, and a sizable portion of the playerbase agrees that casuals (or whatever I am) shouldn't be here either.
You're making a lot of generalisations about what "the playerbase" thinks but the playerbase is not a monolith. In any social game you're going to get people frustrated. I mean I got kicked from an Extreme group recently because "somebody" kept changing the markers and the dope who was running the group decided to kick everyone they didn't know personally, some people are just idiots. On the other side there are tonnes of players who do want to help people who struggle with content but you have to make the effort to go out and find them. Just because some people are arseholes doesn't negate the nice people who play the game. You're taking all of your worst experiences in the game and extrapolating from that that everybody feels that way but it's just not true. Haven't you had positive experiences too?

It seems like you have doubts about playing the game and you're projecting them on to others. If you don't like the combat, don't like the social aspect, then what is it about this game that attracts you? Because these are not part of the casual/hardcore discussion, these are all essential elements of the game design for all players.

What other players think? Is Mao idea oks? Personally, Mao would do dungeons likes this overs and overs again without gettings bored.
Things are scripted now and people are saying it is too hard. You want to add randomness in and think people aren't going to find this harder?

YES! Because on flip side can tone down mechanics barfage and give players more times to react to events.

Things are this complex specifically because they are scripted - just how the jobs have become much more frictionless to play than a few years ago. Its all part of the desired design. A more randomized approach with simpler mechanics could require different types of skills for players to clear, which may actually be more approachable to some than "hey, learn this powerpoint by heart so we can play the game together."

You don't mean 'casual' you mean 'bad'. Casual is not just a nice euphemism for bad. It's your choice not to engage with the game at a level that requires skill. Casual players can clear chaotic. There's no lockout, very low gear requirement, anyone can do it on their schedule if they have the skill to do so. Bad players can not.

Or some people simply don’t want to spend hours or days on a single fight? Either because they don’t have that amount of time weekly due to irl life (like me for example) or simply don’t find it fun, since when video games are supposed to be a chore instead of relaxing fun?

I'm trying to understand. There are a finite number of mechanics. What do you feel about them is making them complex that needs to be simpler?

Then you really have chosen the wrong genre of video game.

More people need to understand this. None of the mechanics of CAR are hard, they're firmly around ex trial level. The only thing making it savage level are a critical mass of people who are afraid that if they learn how to play the game they can no longer call themselves casual players anymore.

Do they still kick people from earlygame dungeons for daring to be new and not 100% perfect at every mechanic at any given time?

Dawntrail is what I imagine the entire MSQ as a healer-main.
