Allen, honey, why would I ever put you on ignore? Your contributions to this forum are truly unique. The combination of vitriolic abuse, unshakeable conviction that you are never wrong, and being oblivious to the fact that everyone is laughing at you, is pure gold.
mean i do genuinly hope they nerf it, i love hard content and the fight... but having progged this for over 10+ hours with not passing Towers at al...I had a lot of fun clearing the fight. The lack of downtime and fast pace of the mechanics kept me engaged and interested.
Last time I really enjoyed a fight was barbariccia extreme.
Hopefully they don't nerf the content or make the next chaotic easier because players complain that they can't have healers and red mages do their mechanics for them and carry their dead bodies through the finish line.
Really pisses me off, atleast lower the body checks but keep all mechs.

So just the Lala with the most La.
It's nice to see our role models getting the respect they deserve. Lalas are growing weak IMHO.

Cause its fun and its a unique form of content not often explored by the game so I enjoy it.Based on several already existing threads on this same forum, it also manages to simultaneously be the most tonedeaf and worst content this game has ever had, so this OP post sounds a lot like a deliberately vague flamebait soundbite by someone who just likes to rile people up. If CAR is really the best thing since ever, at least argue your case for why you think so in more than two lines so that the conversation won't immediately derail?
yeah

To me it's just another Raid that I will never run and could care less about it.

Great way to dodge the question of how your opinion is fact. Can't, you have me on ignore, remember? After the last time you embarrassed yourself in the PvP forums with your "rEsIsTaNcE" shtick and defending people who throw the game because another group had premades. Oh, that's right, you switched your tune recently, because all the anti-premade rhetoric didn't get you enough validation and updoots.
I mean, next time you are there (if you actually now queue for it, last time I remember you avoid it, so why do you even care if the map is good or not?), you could listen to the commanders present. Maybe even the one with the strategic callouts, with stuff like "ambush yellow by going over the bridge and cutting off their reinforcements". You know, all the stuff you admit you never do, because you actively ignore anyone doing any callout.

I enjoyed it, but I wish they'd tone it down to make it less miserable to help people. People are motivated to help but the burn out is real. I think Chaotic raids has alot of potential. I want to say I have fun when the fight goes well but I personally didn't win anything in all the clears I did which made me really sad. Farming it is really miserable and the PF experience is just a trap.I just want to go out of my way and say that I really enjoyed Cloud of Darkness Chaotic Alliance Raid, its cool having farmable content without lockouts that give real gear and really good cosmetics as well, its cool getting to play with so many people and enjoying in the chaos of it all, the clear felt very rewarding and I cant wait to run this content more.
Please make more Chaotic Alliance Raids, one based on Ivalice would be my pick. Thanks!

At least you've to helpful people in your PFs, ones I've been in have just had people leaving every few wipes, barely gets by P1/barely into P2. PF experience is very varied with this oneI enjoyed it, but I wish they'd tone it down to make it less miserable to help people. People are motivated to help but the burn out is real. I think Chaotic raids has alot of potential. I want to say I have fun when the fight goes well but I personally didn't win anything in all the clears I did which made me really sad. Because I hopped immediately onto that discord required PF I found. There is no way I'd do this shit with people fumbling around blind. I joined them midway through day 1 because I knew this would be my best chance to learn, prog and potentially clear. It's best for the team to be on VC, even if you're muted, even if 2 people communicate and even if it's just a raid lead doing call outs...is alot better than no organization.
It's inevitable that someone of the 24 man will make an oopsie. Alot of times even in organized setting some a death or 2 would snowball into a wipe.
I really feel for people in PF who just want to prog and no one is respecting each other's time. One guy joins, stays for 1 pull, 'sorry guys dinner'. Bro, if you have dinner soon why commit to a prog party. I got sick of waiting OUTSIDE the fight because people keep leaving. Being in a discord at least guarantees that this person who joined is somewhat motivated to learn and people are okay with others making mistakes. Yes, mistakes will be pointed out and it has to be. People need to keep an eye on their alliance members and help them not yolo it because that's how wipes happen. 2 people adjust to each other and end up dying or killing others which snowballs into a wipe.
This thing has more PVP than actual PVP modes in this game...
