Uhh, no? There's many forms of content in this game and not everything is necessarily going to be someone's cup of tea.

If I went and complained about how terrible Savages and Ultimates are because they're out of my skill range, do you think people would be sympathetic to my plight, or would they just tell me to not bother doing them and to stick to more manageable content?

Many, many people get by in this game without ever touching roulettes. If you can't manage that, that is your own failing.

I partake in hunt trains just fine without any LS dedicated to them. Online hunt resources exist; make use of them. Or even just periodically take a look at the PF every now and then. That's the sort of thing it's there for.
