I stopped reading at "PCT is more mobile than DNC", sorry lol.Yeah, there's a massive double standard going on. Why is double caster allowed and "meta" but double physical ranged isn't?
Pictomancer isn't taxed yet is more mobile than MCH/BRD/DNC thanks to its 20s dash+sprint.
Pictomancer is allowed to have 2 Raidwides mitigation like RDM/MCH/BRD/DNC but also an extra heal, making it better than BRD but under DNC in term of support.
Then there's the flexible rotation, most of its burst is on charge except the 120s but that's something you don't want to drift even if you had charges on it.
Casting? Well you have many holy in white and your uneven hammer, you decide when to cast.
Unlike phys ranged, PCT/BLM can take a melee spot instead of the caster spot. Phys ranged are limited to the phys ranged spot.
And PCT is just incredibly appealing with its double mitigation only DNC, RDM and MCH can offer.
En Avant is 10y, 30s cooldown.
Smudge is 15y + 5s sprint, 20s cooldown.
In a 10 minute fight DNC has 23 uses, PCT will have 31. Obviously DNC has the charge advantage but PCT has the "it's always available" advantage.
You can easily keep your casts for the phases where you don't move.
Even if it's debatable which one is the most mobile, PCT remains incredibly mobile.

Aetherial manipulation have 25 y range and 10 sec cd, so you can use it 60x in 10 min fight. Does that mean BLM have the best mobility in game?En Avant is 10y, 30s cooldown.

BLM is dependent on its rotation and requires an allied target.
PCT is very flexible on its rotation outside of the 120s and doesn't requires a target.
Even if we don't agree on this point, PCT remains incredibly mobile.
Let’s take a moment to remember that MCH is the only job without a mobility skill. They probably forgot…
Saying that AM depends on the rotation is wrong, or misleading if you prefer. What you probably meant is that it depends on whether you can weave it or not. While this is true, you can create a space to weave at all times with a Xenoglossy, making the point moot.
A dash is not always better than a gap closer and vice versa, so saying that AM requires a target is not a negative point. Different type of skills shine in different situations.
PCT is very mobile. So are BLM and RDM (and SMN, of course). If they weren't, they'd be pretty much unplayable given how fights are designed. Saying that PCT is very mobile (or any caster of your choice) is one thing, saying that DNC (of all jobs) is less mobile, is absolutely preposterous.
