    I'd love for you to be right, obviously, but all the evidence I see on NA is pointing in the opposite direction. People would care about PvP more if the modes were more engaging. And I'd suggest people care more if they feel they're competitive. Mixing sprouts and vets stops that process before it has a chance to start.

    15 minutes is long time when you're the team getting pummeled over and over by a team of BH5. At that point, people are throwing themselves into the fire just to get it over with, nevermind trying to learn how to hit your buttons. BH is just too much of a lopsided advantage.
