It's time to Lock Out Machinist from PF

The whole role is actually a mess. MCH's personal damage is quite high, but its raid contributing damage is way too low. BRD's raid contributing damage is very high, but its personal damage is hovering around tank damage, and a similar story with DNC. BRD's personal damage needs a dramatic buff without raising it's synergy damage -- DNC too to a lesser extent. And MCH needs to be able to play into buffs better. Not good. Phys ranged balance is actually awful right now.
