    Just give MCH that PvP Sniper Rifle attack and have it perform 5000 to 8000 Potency damage per shot, like most MMO and/or RPG that has a Gun job. It will just be up to the player when to use it since MCH won't be able to move when they fire the sniper rifle.

    Use the Ammo system MCH had as the "ammo" for the Sniper Rifle skill instead of depending on Cooldown for it to determine which range of damage (from 5000 to 8000 potency) the Sniper does based on which Ammo they fire. The reload skill can be used to Upgrade a lower tier Ammo to a higher tier ammo if the MCH has a low tier Ammo.

    Have a single Ammo skill called Lock and Load that apply a Special Ammo into the Ammo slot that turns the Sniper Rifle attack into a skill called "One Shot One Kill" that does a 10000 Potency attack.

    They literally have a skill that can make MCH become the Pure DPS job that can make it almost equal to melee DPS at high performance and equal to Casters in PvE but they do not utilize it outside of PvP which is something I think it is about time they consider to bring into PvE.
