Both Extremes cleared w no healer

So "healerless" insofar that they had paladins replacing the job of healers with Clemency spam, to the point that they never do the requiescat combo.

In other words, they just had suboptimal healers rather than actual healers, it wasn't efficient and damage was lost.

What I can take from this is, remove the ability to ressurect players away from DPS jobs and leave it to only healer jobs.
This simple change would probably have a big impact on "no healer clears" and make the healer job required.

Cool for them, but not really impressive to me. If they dont abuse the shit out of clemency or nascent, then that would be really cool. At least they didnt use vercure mage.

Yeah, as always this kind of vid often show the problem lie with too much healing from non-healer, rather than not having healer.

I'm all for removing the three roles in favor of more personal sustain. The healer tank dps is so 2001. Make scholar a big burst dps and white mage a dot mage.

The point? Niche premade that had a lot of practice and lots of dead ppl not reflective of reality on a day to day basis. Healers are pretty busy in a normal party finder.

meanwhile you laying dead in casual content and hoping a healer will rez you no but challenges like this show that healers need a change remove them will kill a big pecentege of players you know out there in the wilds out of you dps is everything bubble, there are people who actually like to play healer and want to be healer a great role but not what it is now

15 second green-line doom during the DPS check (which is downrated to allow for the esuna-casters) The new green-line debuff status showing it's a debuff that can only be cleansed by a green class. Then knock the healing of the tanks away to a solo-useful trickle so that the healers need to start actively keeping them up.
