VPR changes are a net buff, so it's probably gonna be top dog in al three categories unless the fight is unforgivable for melee and passable for casters anyway.

I'm glad they didn't nerf PCT. I think it's overall a better feel to just leave a job as is and then buff the ones that need it, which they did.

Well Ice paradox is back which is nice. I didn't expect this because I have low standards for the job design team but still doesn't fix how awful fire phase feels, hopefully its a step in the right direction for BLM.

I just hope they did their math better. Not nerfing it really made them do more work for themselves. Which also could have been more directed towards better changes for other jobs.

Picto is where it should be, serval underperforming jobs got buffed.

Nerfing picto makes no sense anyway considering that Picto is a caster without rez, it needs to be competitive with melee and black mage spots.

Right, but people seem to think that with the exception of black mage, casters should deal significantly less damage than melee.

Melee mains think that all range should do less than melee, they have a false idea that melee uptime makes melees way harder than range when historically the hardest jobs from both a technical and uptime based standpoint have always been ranged especially casters.
