I think a lot of these threads like this one could easily be solved if we had a poll system on the forums..

Yes, if it represented the whole community it would be even more stacked against OP. At the end of the day, a majority of people will still casually do their daily experts like these forums don't even exist. Because that's what these dungeons are. Casual.

I'll try and be as constructive as I can for a moment. The Dawntrail dungeons are objectively more challenging than any other expansion's dungeons we've ever gotten. However, past expansions have not exactly set a high bar. The mechanics in these dungeons are extremely easy to read and don't even go that fast. Every mechanic is not just waiting for some orange lines to spawn on the ground. That being said, you shouldn't be upset with yourself for not understanding a mechanic the first time you see it, or even the first few times. Some people read different types of mechanics at different paces and that's fine.

I've seen a few posts for these dungeons with absurd comparisons to Extreme trials, Savages and even Ultimates. What I'd like to ask is that you(or anyone who has made comparisons like this) dip your toes into one of these fights so that you can see the VAST ocean between that type of content and these dungeons. Trying that type of content WILL make you a better player, even if you don't succeed.

Posts like from the OP also say that hardcore players already have content in the form of Savages and Ultimates. I'd like to be clear that this is still the case, it is still ALL they have. 14 whole encounters over a 3 years span is what hardcore players have. 12 of which I'd barely consider hardcore as plenty of casual players do Savages with decently high performance. Though that remains to be seen with DT savages.

So with all of that being said, while harder than previous expansions; Dawntrail dungeons are still casual. Games SHOULD get harder the higher level you are. Wipe, learn, repeat. Nobody will be mad at you.

You’re absolutely right. The people who come on here to complain about how “ hard “ shit is are a very minuscule but vociferous minority of people. For 10 or so years y’all had shit easy, the content was given to y’all on a golden platter with how easy it was and now that square slightly made the dungeons more engaging and fun 10 years of this braindead content being out y’all still have learned absolutely nothing?, that’s insanely pathetic. These dungeons aren’t even harder, but for some reason y’all find can’t find 2 neurons to rub together to do content that y’all have done for years but at a braindead slow pace.

And the thing that annoys me about y’all is that y’all are the people, which some of the people in here whining and complaining admitted to, that will do this content 2 to 3 times max to get through the story content and then fuck off, what about us who want engagement that are gonna do this content religiously?, that’s absolutely selfish. Learn the damn content instead of asking for shit to be given to you because yall are to lazy and reluctant to learn anything.
