AUS is part of the EU region for FFXIV. They pay in EUR, making everything almost twice as expensive.

Every single one of these promotions have been utterly terrible. If you wanna keep doing them then at least have an equally priced thing on the store running at the same time/after (and say it will happen after, don't just randomly do it way after like the pizza emote) so everyone can get it. I feel the same way with all the ingame stuff you tie to your dumb art books, CDs and severely overpriced statues but at least that ships to most places. This does noting but build resentment for your company.

It's not much better in America. The closest location to me is 195 miles away, which is about a 3 hour drive. And it's not like I live in the middle of nowhere, we have tons of bubble tea places here, just not Gong Cha.

The closest Gong-cha store to me is Bristol. To get to Bristol I would have to spend £80 for a return ticket for a set of disgusting teas I don't even want.
For the record, the teas would cost £16 (rounded up because the pence are inconsequential).

The last events I remember for the EU, were equally niche, inaccessible and a kick in the teeth to the EU/UK fanbase.

One point there was a restaurant that existed in only a SINGLE city in the entire country. = Can't remember what this event item was
Before then you were asked to subscribe to a strange European magazine for THREE MONTHS that no one wanted, nor had they ever heard of it. = This one was for the maid dress/butlers suit.

Quite frankly the way that SE treats its European players is insulting when it comes to these events.

In comparison to america:
Mnt Dew - Sold almost everywhere in the US = Mnt Zu (Region Locked)
Amazon - (Amazon probably have next day delivery to the moon) = Black Fat Chocobo (Region locked)
7/11 - Pretty certain there is at least one of these in every major city. = Can't remember what this event item was, but it at the time was also region locked.

They're had more events too iirc, but EU/UK gets none of it. Not even on the store.
You might as well not bother with events in EU/UK and just buy things straight off the xiv store itself 4+ years later when/if they put them up.
