Getting ANY of the constituent countries of the UK in a map of the EU would involve some very sudden and surprising political movements, since they are not currently members of the EU.

Still, that map is literally the administrative map of the UK recognizing its constituent countries, which is all you asked for when you said

Its really annoying that some execs are probably patting themselves on the back for giving the players a "global" collab so the european players can stop feeling left out for once....i just checked and my fastest way to a gong cha is a 7.5 hour trip one way lmao. after this they can go back to just doing collabs for NA and JP ig, since they filled their quota /s

They're not "NA" collabs, they're American. Canadians are usually left out, and I doubt that Mexico has ever been included - if that makes you feel any better.
