Which also comes to the "Expansion Bans". We need them now. People don't want ARR anymore? Oh well it’s banned from their roulettes (except mentor) etc. IT IS time for this to already be in the game. So those that arent having fun anymore with things and wish to opt out.

We also need straight 15% of each roulette being able to be banned if your not banning an expansion(s).
My understanding is that roulettes exist in part so that people who want to do specific duties can get a party for those duties through Duty Finder. If roulettes could be done with Duty Support/Trusts and could be curated so that people could avoid the duties (or whole expansions) that don’t align with their preferences, it would probably cause some notable problems and detract from the positive impact roulettes currently have on the game.

Queues would probably become significantly longer for people who need to do low-level dungeons and trials for the story, which could drive people away from the game. Yes, those people could use Duty Support, but Duty Support is designed to be unpleasantly slow, and most people go into an MMO expecting multiplayer content. Beyond that, people who don’t filter out ARR, the specific duties that most people dislike, the slowest duties, etc, might have their roulettes oversaturated with those specific duties.

Roulettes are optional. Gil, EXP, tomestones, and materia are obtainable through other means.

That aside: I fully support the addition of easier options in solo duties and Duty Support, for players who can’t or don’t want to play the default difficulty for any reason. This would only be a positive change for the people who need it, and it wouldn’t negatively affect the experience of anyone else.
