I have been using everything you mentioned in my tool kit and pacing it for the next run as the cooldown timer for some of it isn't back up by the second time of + and o's run through. Problem is dps and tanks are struggling with the runs between the + & o's, and the bosses conal attack happening at the same time. If the tank dies, the tank buster takes out one of the dps while I'm trying to rez the tank, heal myself and the remaining dps. Then the boss is targeting me while I'm trying to heal myself and the tank, however the tank cannot get the boss's hate back even with provoke until I eventually die. Then there is scenario the tank and I survives through the mechanics but the dps don't, then I'm left to stack by myself after rezzing one of the dps which will instant kill us regardless, even with shields to mitigate. I'm usually the last one dead during these tries. The problem is I can only do so much if people are struggling to react to the mechanics fast enough and the boss doesn't even give much of a breathier between its mechanics to recover.
