    Could you post your link to your info on the Void Gate?

    I've always assumed that the shadow was the underside of a mushroom-like top to the structure.

    BTW, to lend more credence to the Aether-attraction arguement, A common theme of the 'ripped up' terrain seems to be that it seems to be made of a yellowish crystalline material. This is definitely a different material than the current blue Aetheryte seen in both Mor Dhona and the teleport points.

    Yellow, blue....

    Whoa! I wonder if they are gonna take this in a FFV direction... (´･_･`)!!


    BTW, I wonder if this is supposed to be Dalamud coming down .. Or is it some sort of floating continent?
