Except that according to a few NPCs at this point the Crystal Tower is an already extant location that has been under Mor Dhona for literally ages:

In point of fact it is likely the the entrance will be a place that is visited in an Echo related cutscene by Limsa Lominsans. Or you can just go there if you have the gall. Its a place in Mor Dhona called the Tomb of Xande,

Mor Dhona head 6, 15, you'll see a little finger of land heading north by north west. As you curve down it will take you under the landmass of 6, 14 and back around to 7, 15. Please be extraordinarily cautious, Smolenkos occupy the tunnel, they tend to be 80+ and are sight based. The site is a conal affair, use that to your advantage.

I've soloed the 'Been There Done That' achievement on 4 characters including one that only had level 1 jobs. Getting to this should be fun. They need to add an achivement for finding places like this to the exploration section. Put a ??? to click on in place of attunement or something.

The man say the thruth. If you read mnk's npc explanaitaion, the tower actually exist somehow below lake in mor dhona
