I like Summoner more now than I ever have before, and I've played it since 2014. Sometimes miss Earth Pet tanking for soloing but meh.

Summoner just now seems to be the go-to DPS for people learning mechanics or who just don't feel like playing anything too challenging at a given moment. I see more summoners now than I ever did in the past.

As Summoner is my main DPS and always has been, I refuse to make them smaller. I had a 24 man with 6 summoners and I couldn't see anything at all.

Jokes aside, one thing I don't like is how carbuncle doesn't do anything, or if it does anything, it feels more like an inconvenience.

With raid buff casting from the player and not the carbuncle now, the only skill we cast with carbuncle is the barrier.

Problem is that it doesn't feel like the carbuncle is giving us the barrier, but more like they're hindering us from casting the barrier as we can't use the barrier when it's gone.

I feel like they may as well just have the barrier up all the time like Searing Light just so we don't get annoyed at our cat.

Size of the summon is displayed per user. Ex: I have them set to small so no matter what you have them set at they're smaller for me.

If you're referring to the size of the summons blocking your view, have you tried shrinking them?
