Account address issue has STILL not been acknowledged by Square.

Is this a problem mainly for folks outside of the United States? I am just confused as to what is happening. I had to purchase a name change today and when I logged in to do it, it asked me to confirm my address, which I did and didn't change anything (though it said I did which was weird), and then proceeded to purchase with no issues.

I live in United States and been having this issues since the processor change in April while I tried using my VISA debit and my address and billing info hasn't changed since I started playing in 2013.
