Because it is really mean that these players don't want to see what others want to force on them. We all pretend quite hypocritically how tolerant we are and not at all selfish.
Because everyone has to see what you are wearing, no matter how ugly and inappropriate it is, and everyone has to accept it.

Not sure how they ruined your MSQ? Did they harass you? Them choosing to look a certain way is just as valid as yours. Could they say you ruined their experience with your appearance? Is there an absolute standard you can point to that says, "this is okay, and this is not?"

What you're seeing is that people are disagreeing with you, not silencing you. If what you want is to espouse your opinion without opposition, then a public forum is not what you want.

I've skimmed the thread, including the comment you objected to, and I did not notice any hate or marginalization by said poster but I have seen it by others through personal attacks.

Please do not derail the thread any further. I will not be party to it.

And yet another person who interprets something into a text that wasn't written. You can make a drama out of anything and accuse people of things they didn't say. It's also called hate speech or spreading untruths. The main thing is that you always play the victim. Just because people are fed up with men wearing certain clothes, you have to immediately relate it to LGBTQ. It's really always the same here. Just leave the text as it is written, without interpreting anything that doesn't exist into it. It really can't be that difficult.

The LBGTQ community constantly demands tolerance, but then has zero tolerance towards everyone else. We are supposed to accept you and in return you insult women by calling them "cis".

By all means, replace "LGBTQ" with any other minority group and tell me if you still don't see the problem here? The default response from Miss Aneshda here was that because people disagreed with the OP, they were obviously just obnoxious shouty members of the LGBT community. That is a problem and is more than just "disagreeing" with someone.

Disagreeing is saying "I think Ice Blue Dye is the ugliest colour in the game" after your friend says it's their favourite colour in the game. Disagreeing is not assuming a minority group is the problem and then screaming loudly about them.
