In English the Enigmatic Maiden says "With your strength, could you have held fast to that which is dear without sacrifice", but in every other language, it sounds like something different. According to my pitiful phone translate app, it's something along the lines of "I have the key, I can finally enact my plan" in the three other languages, in a different tone of voice from that in English, maybe even slightly sinister.
In French she says:
"La clé pour mener ce projet à son terme est en ma possession. Et je n’échouerai pas."
"The key to bringing this project to fruition is in my possession. And I will not fail."
