Not sure what you guys expected. For man years Yoshi.P and the dev team clearly stated multiple times healers are suppose to mostly heal. (Their words not mines)

Exactly. I'd love opportunities to actually use my healing kit. Alas, the only times I get to properly have fun as a healer is when a pull is going HORRENDOUSLY wrong and my co-healer is asleep at the wheel, so I'm trying to mitigate a disaster and the game is actually putting me through my paces as a healer.

Obviously, I'm not asking for this kind of challenge in normal content (though having to press at least one button every once in a while would be nice) but from Extreme upwards, I want the game to push me and push me hard. Force me to run triage. Make me think about which healing tools I'm using and when because I will NEED to use more big heals soon.

Unfortunately, that's not going to happen. Thus, I'm asking for something, ANYTHING else to do beyond the mindless 2-1-1-1 spam.
