You don't have to be. All you need to do is go out and do the hunting yourself.

If you're not willing to do the hunting yourself, why do you think you should be entitled to the rewards?

Also this. 99% of people never do the requirements to spawn them but expect people to wait 10mins for everyone on every server to arrive. But they will complain if they miss one like they dont just open up again in a few days anyways.
