If a blue mage is using hydro pull and aoe to kill mobs faster they won't get in any trouble and nobody has problem with blues like that anyway.
Asking someone to stop doing something that isn't against the rules doesn't turn whatever that person is doing into something illegal just because you asked.
That's like if you asked a group of players that goes around the world blowing up A-ranks to leave the A's for the train or they'll get reported, yeah that has happened before and it always leads to the same result, fates and world bosses are all fair game.
