You paid for a service. You were not provided that service. You should be refunded for the time lost at this point.Unlikely. They aren't going to refund time, or grant free time based on very inconsistent attacks and service outages. Bar the initial day of the attacks where it was nigh on complete outage, it has been very inconsistent since then. Both in the impact itself, and the users it has affected.
It would be nice but it just simply isn't realistic, nor easily justifiable IMO.
This is not without precedent within the MMO industry. It just depends on how readily we accept it as a community.
