    Why make it even possible to unequip the job stone? Just have the job stone show on your character when you're in a job with a stone. If you get BRD and then equip a bow, it'll just show that you have a job stone for it. Stones don't actually have to exist as items. It's kind of dumb that they do.

    (I actually use my class hotbars for extra hotbar storage and swapping so I can make interactive hotbar menu macros. If they deleted my ability to separate my job and class hotbars like they currently do, it would wreck my current ui @@)
    (having it automatically apply whenever you swap weapons manually, but still allowing us to manually go back to a class would be fine tho '3')

    I agree that we should restrict queuing for classes in content where jobs are available tho.

    I would rather see them add dropdown buttons (ones where you could click them, and a dropdown would appear with sub-options. That would solve a lot of hotbar issues. I get frustrated when I see one system stay bad because people have hacked it to solve a problem somewhere else. Just fix the original problem and move forward.

    While I applaud the community's ingenuity to work around limitations of the UI, I want a less hacky solution to the various problems we're seeing. I shouldn't have to come up with a complex solution for basic bar management.

    They would need to take into account the people on preferred worlds with the exp buff, though. I've had several alts run into this issue where they cannot unlock their job for many levels beyond 30 because the quest to unlock your job is tied behind a certain MSQ. With the exp buff you greatly outlevel your MSQ. I don't recall exactly what level I was when I finally was able to access this quest, but it was high enough to be embarrassing running around without a job lol

    I think the easiest way to go about this would be to just make every duty post Haukke Manor (so, starting with Brayflox Longstop) require a job stone. That way people getting way more exp than they need can still do leveling roulette and such until they unlock Brayflox.

    thats why i went for lvl 40. you csnt access stone vigil anyway without story and anything higher is just a no for classes
